In contrast to the RP 2040 version, ZuluSCSI V 6.4 is set up with a utility. ZuluSCSI V 6.4 does not work with the image format known from the RP 2040 version.
ZuluSCSI V 6.4 allows direct access to the SD card via USB.
So you don’t have to take the SD card out of the ZuluSCSI to exchange data.
This is the big advantage of V 6.4.
To use this advantage the host needs a FAT 16 or FAT 32 file system.

ZuluSCSI V6.4 emulator/SSD, version 6, revision 2024a
- ZuluSCSI V6.4 currently supports synchronous transfers at up to 10MB/s, both read and write.
- Descended from SCSI2SD V6, and works like SCSI2SD V6.
- Full-size SD card slot.
- USB-C port.
- Access to the data via USB.
The ZuluSCSI V6 drives will appear when connected to a modern computer via USB. - With Rev 2024a, this is currently limited to around 1.2MB/s (USB FS speeds)
- A floppy-style berg power connector.
- Integrated active SCSI termination, enabled via software configuration, using ZuluSCSI-V6-util
