Akai MPC 3000 LED Display

This simple plug and play solution allows you to replace the display of your MPC 3000 with our Studio-Services display without much effort.

These high-quality displays match the color scheme of the Akai samplers and blend in perfectly with the overall look. For excellent readability, the display offers a unique contrast. In addition, the contrast was matched with the potentiometer on the front panel, so you can still adjust the contrast with the contrast control after the swap.

Due to the coordinated size of the LED backlight, the entire viewing area is covered and there are no unsightly spots.

With the installation of our display, you save yourself the constant replacement of the EL foil. Since EL films last only about 1 year and cost 30-35 euros each, buying the Studio Services Display will save you not only money but also time. You also benefit from a high-contrast and razor-sharp image, which is not possible even with new EL films. Also homemade LED backlights that are offered as a replacement for the EL foil are not recommended. The result is nothing like our studio services displays. Many customers who have tried different solutions end up buying a new display from us. The biggest difference, however, is that with Studio Services Displays, you’re installing a completely new display. With all other solutions, only the backlight is replaced, but the display is still the old one and could fail for a short time.

As an additional effect, you can even remove the inverter completely and thus stop the annoying beeping.
